1. Reconstitution and preparation :

Recommended solvents :

In vitro experiments: sterile PBS buffer (pH 7.2-7.4)

In vivo study: sterile saline

Cell culture: serum-free RPMI-1640 medium

Special application: physiological saline containing 0.1% BSA

Standard configuration :

Pour 2 mL of solvent into the 20 mg vial and gently swirl to dissolve.

A stock solution of 10 mg/mL was obtained .

Dilute to working concentration with culture medium or buffer.

Preparation points :

Dissolving time: 3-5 minutes at room temperature
