Usage and Storage Guide

1. Reconstitution and preparation :

Recommended solvents :

For in vivo studies, sterile artificial cerebrospinal fluid (aCSF, pH 7.2-7.4) is the preferred choice.

In vitro studies: serum-free Neurobasal medium or Hank's balanced salt solution

Systemic administration: physiological saline containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin (BSA).

Special application: 5% glucose solution (for intravenous administration studies)

Standard configuration :

Add 1 mL of the recommended solvent to the 5 mg vial and gently swirl in an ice bath for 2-3 minutes to dissolve.

A stock solution of 5 mg/mL was obtained .

Gradually dilute to the working concentration using the appropriate solvent or culture medium (dilution ratio ≥1000 times is recommended).

Key points to note :

Violent shaking or vortexing should be avoided to prevent peptide chain breakage or aggregation.

The entire process of dissolving and diluting must be carried out in the dark.

Recommended working concentration range: 10 nM - 10 μM in vitro; 0.1 - 1 mg/kg in vivo.

Avoid using solvents containing EDTA or high concentrations of metal ions.

Use within 30 minutes of preparation, or dispense and freeze as required.

2. Storage conditions :
