Usage and Storage Methods

1. Reconstitution and preparation :

Recommended solvent :

Preferred solvent : sterile water for injection

Carrier solution : diluted with sterile physiological saline for in vivo studies.

Important note : Avoid using strong acid or strong alkali solutions. This peptide is more stable under neutral conditions.

Standard preparation procedure :

Solvent preparation :

Use sterile water for injection that has been aseptically filtered through a 0.22 μm filter membrane.

The solvent temperature was restored to room temperature (20-25℃).

Reconstitution procedure :

Add 1.0 mL of sterile water for injection to a 2 mg vial.

Pour slowly along the bottle wall to avoid direct impact on the powder.

Gently rotate the vial for 3-5 minutes until completely dissolved and the solution becomes clear.

Final concentration: 2 mg/mL.

Dispensing and dilution :

Immediately dispense into single-use doses of 20-50 μL using low-adsorption cryovials.

Dilute with sterile saline to the required working concentration.

Clearly label: name, concentration, preparation date, batch number, and storage conditions.

Working concentration/dosage reference :

In vitro experiments : The commonly used concentration range is 10 ng/mL to 1 μg/mL, and preliminary experiments need to be performed to optimize the concentration based on the specific experimental system.
