Preparation process :

Step -by-step dissolution :

First dissolve testosterone enanthate (40°C water bath, magnetic stirring)

Add testosterone decanoate and stir until completely dissolved

Oil replenishment and mixing : Add the remaining oil phase and continue stirring for 40 minutes

Sterile Filtration :

Pre-filtration: 1.0μm filter membrane to remove large particles

Final filtration: 0.22μm PES membrane positive pressure filtration

Subpackaging : Subpackaging into sterile injection bottles under aseptic environment

Dissolution order : Dissolve in descending order of solubility (heptanoate → decanoate)
